Krita is still on a shoestring budget, both the work my company does for Krita Gemini and Krita Studio, as well as the work the Krita Foundation does for Krita Desktop.

I am not sure about iOS - I don't have a device to test on, and I don't want to spend money getting one. Krita 3.0 will be based on Qt5, and I want Krita Sketch 3.0 to be available on Android at least. I've done an experimental port last year, and back then it was just too early to take that step.
